Kat began in real estate in 1976 with Red Carpet Realtors. In 1999 she became a broker. In 2003 Kat opened Hegg Team Realty, Inc. Today she is still the Broker/President of the company. Her specialty is communication as she guides her clients through the ins and outs of real estate here in California. Her years of experience gives her the knowledge to share strategies for sellers to optimize their property for obtain it’s highest value and to allow buyer to win the bidding wars. Taking the time to educate and coach clients when needed insures a level of trust that is of the utmost importance when working with a Realtor.

After 47 years in the mortgage banking industry, Richard has hung up his lending hat to join Hegg Team as a Broker Associate. During his 47 years Richard has helped thousands of buyers purchase the home of their dreams, and in many cases investment properties and second homes.

Richard started in the mortgage industry in April 1977 with Wilshire Mortgage a subsidiary of Glendale Federal Savings. Worked his way of through the ranks over the years to become the National Production Manager for Wholesale Lending with Provident Bank where he was responsible for over $1Billion per year in mortgage funding. His final position was as the President/CEO of Connex Capital Mortgage Source where he spent his last 5 years directing the growth and success of the company.

In joining Hegg Team Realty, he bring his vast knowledge of lending to help buyers be successful in making offers to purchase and is available to help validate offers being presented for any of our listings. Richard still maintains his lending license but focuses all his efforts to help families achieve their real estate goals.
